1. Everyday Life Qigong techniques:
• sitting postures:
- seated form (chair) - Comfortable Cross-legged Sitting Form - Comfortable Loose Sitting Form - Half Lotus Sitting Form - Full Lotus Sitting Form - Heel Sitting Form
- Exercises for opening the hips - One Leg Kneeling Form (if time permits) - Kneeling with Two Knees Down (if time permits) - Zhen Wu Sitting Form (if time permits)
• hand postures:
- Ding Yin Hands - Zi Wu Interlock Hands - Taiji Hands - Wuxiang Hands - Power Diamond Hands - Golden Hook Hands (if time permits)
• lying forms:
- Natural Lying Form - Lying on the Side -- standard version -- holding the dragon/breast variations - Return Yang Lying Form -- standard version -- variations with hands above the head
• standing forms:
- Nourishing Qi Form - Maintaining Health Hands - Press Down Stance (if time permits)
• walking techniques:
- Shen Thinking Qi - unifying Shen with the body
• techniques for watching with internal awareness:
- exercise to train the ability of drawing Qi in through the eyes
- eye Qigong (if time permits)
• talking in a Qigong way
• cooking and eating in a Qigong way
• farting Qigong (if time permits)
• other techniques for promoting the natural flow of Qi in the body throughout the day (if time permits):
• Tian Xi (breathing) techniques :
- Dantian breathing
- some of the 10 “first aid” breathing techniques (if time permits) like Energy Increase Breathing; Brain Improvement Breathing; Courage Strengthening Breathing; Breathing for Overcoming Timidity or Shyness; Breathing for Overcoming Arrogance; Breathing for Easy Fall-Asleep; Breathing for Easy Getting out of Bed; Breathing for Overcoming the Feeling of Hunger; Breathing for Lack of Physical Strength; Breathing for Improving the Digestion
2. Guidelines for a healthy daily routine:
• food & drinks, the qi-perspective of topics like dieting, vegetarianism, alcohol, organic food, food taste, way of preparing the food etc • practicing • clothing • choosing good Feng Shui • etc
3. Good amount of theory on:
• Achieving a unified state of being. The Three Unifications - a foundational principle and tool in Everyday Life Qigong:
- unification of Shen and Qi
- unification of Shen and Xing
- unification of Shen with the best possible state
• work on the Patterns of the Consciousness • Emotions • cultivating Virtues • etc
